B&B at Devenport Estate

Included within B&B are the following facilities for guests in three bedrooms:

Room One:

Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and Single Bed with commanding views to Wellington Harbour/Somes Island [sleeps 2 as a twin share or double] with private bathroom directly opposite the bedroom and hand basin in bedroom.

Private bathroom has its shower over the bath.

Room Two:

Second Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed , located at the back of the house [sleeps 1] with ensuite.

Room Three:

Third Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and Single Bed, also with great views to Wellington Harbour/Somes Island [sleeps 2 as a twin share or double] with ensuite.

Hair dryer/tea making facilities/electric blanket/writing desk & chair in each bedroom

Try a glass of wine or cider -  made at Devenport Estate when available.

Guest living room with harbour views, comfortable sofas, woodburner, Internet TV, DVD/Video and upright piano.

Generous continental breakfast in formal dining room overlooking native bush and vines

• Free Broadband internet access on our wireless WiFi network
• Free laundry service when staying two or more consecutive nights - limit of two loads per stay

Checking in & out of Devenport and visiting with pets

Guests are welcome to check in from 3:00pm on arrival day, and check out by 11am on the morning of departure. Just let us know if alternative times are needed for your arrival or departure.

Our dogs, hens and fish welcome all our guests, but alas this welcome doesn't extend to any visiting pets.

B&B Rates & Payment Terms

Our GST inclusive rates effective from 1st June 2017 are:

Guestrooms 1 and 3 [Harbourview rooms]:

• Bed & Breakfast for single use of a room - $140.00.
• Bed & Breakfast for two people $170.00 per one night.

Guestroom 2: [Back of house room]

• Bed & Breakfast for single use of a room - $120.00.

Other Facility Charges:

• Laundry Service for 1 night stay; [washing/drying/and self use of iron] - $25.00 per hour, free for two loads if staying 2 or more nights.
• Payment by VISA/MasterCard, Cash or direct bank account payment of balance on the day before departure - GST receipt available if requested. 
• Please note that these rates refer to bookings made directly to Devenport Estate.

Our Cancellation and Deposit Policy

A one night deposit is  required 5 days before the booked arrival date/time. These deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations are accepted without charge up to 5 days before the booked arrival date/time. Cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date/time and no-shows will incur a one night charge.
